Business Analyst

        Job Description

      • Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
      • Analyze existing business processes and requirements to support system implementation or enhancements.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
      • Develop detailed business process models, use cases, and functional specifications.
      • Assist in the design and implementation of products or services, ensuring regulatory compliance.
      • Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
      • Work closely with IT teams to translate business needs into functional specifications.
      • Conduct gap analysis, identify system limitations, and recommend solutions to improve systems functionality.
      • Participate in system configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
      • Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for proposed changes in business operations.
      • Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during system implementations or upgrades.
      • Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and systems.
      • Ensure compliance with security standards and data integrity in systems.
      • Participate in Presales activities.
        • Job Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree in  Software Engineering , Computer Engineering , Computer Science or related fields .
      • Proven experience (3 years) as a Business Analyst.
      • English Communication (Writing, Listening, Speaking : Mandatory )
      • Strong understanding of business operations, regulations, and best practices.
      • Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
      • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
      • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
      • Experience in project management and system implementation lifecycle
