Senior HR Officer
Responsibilities
· Conduct day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
· Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
· Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
· Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
· Record of employee daily attendance, Leaves and Overtime
· Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
· Communicate with public services when necessary
· Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
· Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
· Conduct HR On / Off Boarding to employees
· Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
· Other duties assigned by Management Team
Requirements
· At least 3 Years’ Experience in IT SW/Consulting Company (as Admin / HR / Consultant)
· Good commend in English Communication
· Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
· Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS or HIRS is a plus
· Outstanding organisational and time-management abilities
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Able to work under pressure and solve problems with strong mind
