Job Descriptions
As a senior member of our QA team, you will assume a pivotal role in spearheading the development and execution of precise test cases and scripts. Your responsibilities extend to conducting both ad-hoc and automated testing, ensuring the seamless delivery of top-tier software products. Your extensive expertise in manual and automated testing, combined with a keen eye for detail, will play a pivotal role in identifying, tracing, and resolving issues. Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams, you will contribute significantly to our commitment to excellence in quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Test Execution: Take the lead in developing and executing precise test cases and scripts for software products on various platforms, including web and mobile (iOS, Android). Execute thorough ad-hoc testing to unveil potential issues not covered by predefined test cases, ensuring comprehensive testing strategies. 

• Collaborative Release Planning: Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to strategize and ensure the timely and feature-rich release of products. Foster an environment of collaboration and efficiency within the development process, contributing to successful product launches.

• Defect Management and Proactive Resolution: Lead the reporting and tracking of software defects, actively engaging with development teams to facilitate efficient issue resolution. Employ a systematic approach and meticulous attention to detail, playing a critical role in delivering flawless software products.

• Manual Testing Excellence: Utilize your advanced expertise in manual testing to guide the inspection and tracing of issues. Systematically log and track identified issues, providing in-depth analysis to support the development process and enhance the overall quality of deliverables.

• Continuous Quality Enhancement: Lead efforts to proactively contribute to the implementation of effective testing strategies. Identify areas for improvement and utilize your skills to ensure the continuous enhancement of our quality assurance processes and standards, supporting our commitment to excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
  

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a software testing and quality assurance role, with a specific focus on Web or Mobile apps.
  

• Proven experience in manual testing with a demonstrated attention to detail, including a thorough examination of UI and UX elements.
  

• Demonstrated proficiency in developing and executing precise test cases and scripts for software products on various platforms such as web and mobile (iOS, Android).
  

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and demonstrated capability to navigate challenging timelines while maintaining high testing standards.
  

• Strong ability to create clear and concise test cases and comprehensive product documentation, ensuring clarity and ease of reference.
  

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to meet project deadlines.
  

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, showcasing the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
  

• Familiarity with software development practices and product life cycle methodologies.

• Familiarity with Appium/Selenium Automation Tools is a definite plus.

• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or other iterative methodologies is a plus.
