Business Consulting & Service Team Lead

Job Description

• Lead and manage a team of functional consultants, business analysts, quality assurance engineers, and customer support specialists to ensure they meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality services to clients. 
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency. 
• Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge. 
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. 
• Manage client relationships and ensure that clients are satisfied with the services provided. 
• Develop and deliver presentations to clients on consulting and service offerings. 
• Identify and manage project risks and issues. 
• Develop and maintain project plans and budgets. 
• Track project progress and report it to stakeholders. 
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop new consulting and service offerings. 
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices. 

Job Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, business administration, or a related field (required). 
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting or service delivery role (required). 
• Experience in leading and managing a team (required). 
• Experience in project management (required). 
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills (required). 
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills (required). 
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment (required). 
• Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding goals (required). 
• Understanding of software development processes and agile methodology is a definite plus.  
• PMP certification is a plus.
