We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consulting and Service Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of functional consultants, business analysts, quality assurance engineers, and customer support specialists.
Job Description
- Lead and manage a team of functional consultants, business analysts, quality assurance engineers, and customer support specialists to ensure they meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality services to clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Manage client relationships and ensure that clients are satisfied with the services provided.
- Develop and deliver presentations to clients on consulting and service offerings.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Develop and maintain project plans and budgets.
- Track project progress and report it to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop new consulting and service offerings.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, business administration, or a related field (required).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a consulting or service delivery role (required).
- Experience in leading and managing a team (required).
- Experience in project management (required).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills (required).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills (required).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment (required).
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding goals (required).
- Understanding of software development processes and agile methodology is a definite plus.
- PMP certification is a plus.
